Types of Sales:

​Estate Sale - Typically, an estate sale is a "fixed price tag" (every item is priced) sale inside the home.

Barn or Shop Sale - If you do not want the public in the home, we can hold a barn or shop sale, separately or along with an in-home estate sale.

By Appointment Only Sale - for homes with strict HOA rules, we offer "private sales" where the entire contents of the home are priced and staged then customers are allowed in by appointment only.

Online Auction estate sale - Items are photographed and described in detail then auctioned online.

First Steps:

Call early to set up an appointment as we are often booked out up to 2 months or more.

A Happy Trails team member will meet you on location for an initial consultation.

After visiting with you for a bit, answering questions and discussing options, we will take a walk around the premises.

If you wish to hire Happy Trails Estate Sales to host your sale, together, we will select a sale date and sign a contract.
